"Pulped Natural" is a method in which the pulp of coffee cherries is removed and then sun-dried with the mucilaginous sugars still attached.
It has a rounded flavor reminiscent of hazelnuts and milk chocolate.
Because of the high sugar content from sun-drying, the final product is sweeter than regular coffee. It is recommended to brew it in water at 80-85°C.
