Susumuya Tea Shop's "Matcha White" is a top-grade matcha powder made from domestically produced green tea from Kagoshima Prefecture, selected according to our unique SGJT standards. It boasts a rich umami flavor, a beautiful, vibrant green color, and a smooth taste with a definite depth. This product is ideal for those who want to enjoy the "true quality of matcha" by preparing it themselves. It's recommended for practicing thin tea and tea ceremony techniques, enjoying matcha at home, and entertaining guests. Its robust flavor pairs well with Japanese sweets and desserts, allowing the matcha's presence to be clearly felt. To prepare, add 1.5g (1 teaspoon) of matcha to 70ml of approximately 80°C hot water and quickly whisk in an M-shape using a bamboo whisk. Sifting through a tea strainer will result in a smoother texture. *This product includes only the matcha powder; whisks and other utensils are not included. Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and humidity, and be careful of transferring odors. After opening, transfer to an airtight container and consume as soon as possible to maintain freshness.

How to Use
