- Always ensure the tent is completely dry before storing it away. Storing a wet tent can lead to the degradation of the silicon coating, mold growth, and fabric weakening.
- To clean mud or debris, avoid stiff brushes or harsh detergents. Gently wipe down the fabric with a soft sponge, water, or a diluted neutral soap. Never machine wash as it damages the waterproof coating and seam tape.
- Regularly clean the zipper tracks with a soft brush to remove sand and dust, and apply a specialized silicone lubricant to ensure smooth operation and prevent snagging.
