Dear Joom, my "Drinking Lucky Bird arrived today, the 21st of January, order number 00N45M5M, Although the outer plastic packaging was intact, when I opened the packing the box that the bird was in, was extremely dented and torn at the top. When I got the bird out the rim of its hat was broken and the metal bar around it's neck was completely bent on one side. The box did have bubble rap around it, but not enough to protect it against damage. I'll send you a couple of foto's Joom, so you can see for yourself. Best wishes, Lennie Neal.
