Product Introduction
IBG "1/35 Polish Army TKS Small Tank with 20mm Gun, Metal Barrel, and Two Tank Crew Figures" plastic model kit.
This Polish small tank is a descendant of the Gardenroid machine gun carriers introduced by various countries during the interwar period.
Poland independently improved the tank, producing the TK-3 from 1931, and its advanced version, the TKS, from 1934.
The TK series' basic armament was a machine gun, but to provide anti-tank capabilities, a version equipped with the domestically produced Nkm wz.38 FK 20mm gun was also produced.
Only around 20 tanks were produced by the time the Polish campaign began, but they were effective in defeating German tanks in ambushes and other attacks.
The interior of the tank is faithfully reproduced.
The engine, radiator, seats, transmission, and more are packed into the compact body.
All hatches and observation ports can be displayed open or closed.
The tracks are assembled in separate pieces, and the drive wheels, idler wheels, and road wheels are all meticulously recreated as separate parts.
Includes two figures, a metal gun barrel, and decals.
