Description

This is the fifth signature model featuring NBA professional basketball player Rui Hachimura. Based on the GM-5600 with a distinctive metal bezel, this model features a powerful black base with passionate red accents. The original logo, commonly known as the Black Samurai, combines the kanji character for "eight" (八) with a sword to form the "H" in Hachimura's name, and is featured on the upper face and case back. Hachimura's signature is engraved on the band ring. The vibrant red accents complement the all-black design. The G-SHOCK brand colors express the strength and passion of Hachimura, who continues to challenge himself to reach new heights. The bezel and other metal parts have been treated with an IP coating to enhance the texture. This special model features Hachimura's original logo and signature throughout. The main resin parts of the band are made from biomass plastic, which is expected to contribute to reducing environmental impact.
