Since the late 1990s, G-SHOCK/BABY-G has produced and continues to support various environmental organizations through collaboration models. Under the theme of "Love the Sea and the Earth," we support I-Search Japan, which promotes the wonders of dolphins, whales, and nature. This year marks G-SHOCK's 40th anniversary, and features a redesign of the original model. The base model is the GA-B2100. The black case and yellow band faithfully recreate the original design. The band features the I-Search Japan logo, and the back cover is engraved with the "Love the Sea and the Earth" symbol. The small hands on the inner dial feature a whale motif. This is also the first collaboration model with I-Search Japan to use biomass plastic. Functionality includes an eco-friendly, solar-powered Tough Solar system, and the time can be periodically adjusted via Bluetooth® smartphone link, ensuring accurate timekeeping. Furthermore, all plastic has been eliminated from the box, replaced with recycled paper.
