Dear Joom Customer Support, I am contacting you regarding the order mentioned in the email below. Unfortunately, the products were delivered much later than promised. In addition, I am very disappointed with the quality of the items I received. Several boxes arrived damaged, some bottles are missing their bottom parts, and the printing on the bottles is of poor quality. Because of the late delivery and the unacceptable condition of the products, I do not wish to keep this order. I have already reported this issue to Klarna and have paused the payment while this matter is being resolved. Please send me a prepaid return label so I can return the complete order. Once you have received the returned items, I expect a full refund. I have attached photos showing the damage and quality issues. Due to the size of the attachments, I will most likely need to send the photos in several separate emails. Please consider all of these emails as part of the same complaint. Thank you in advance for your prompt response. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards,
