I received the 2024 Ford Mustang model that I ordered from Joom, but I have noticed an issue with the product. The product description on Joom clearly states that the car has LED lights and engine sound and is battery-powered. However, the model I received does not appear to have a battery compartment, and I cannot activate the lights or sound. The bottom of the car is marked with the model number KT5455. I have checked the car carefully, but I cannot find where the batteries should be installed. Could you please confirm whether I received the correct model? If this model is supposed to have lights and sound, please explain where the batteries are located, what type of batteries are required, and how to activate these functions. If the product I received is different from the one advertised, I would like a replacement or a refund. I would greatly appreciate an urgent response, as this item is intended as a gift and I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I can provide photos of the car and its underside if needed. O produto não é mau... o único problema é que, apesar de ter sido enviado com as pilhas, as luzes LED e o falso ruído do motor não estavam a funcionar, que pena... visto o novo acondicionamento, a nova expedição como devolução não valia a pena devolvê-lo apenas pela perda de tempo, obrigado na mesma.

Came with dirt and other trash on it. Extremely disappointed. Its not alloy, the sound is broken, there are no openable doors, which makes sense since its an openwheeler, but those are still mentioned in the screenshots. Full of bullshit. It doesn't have pullback nor leds either.

Chegou, mas tinha um pequeno arranhão na frente do capô e o capô estava aberto na caixa, o lado do display do capô pode ter entortado ligeiramente durante o transporte, tive que pressionar um lado do capô do carro até que finalmente fechasse completamente. Felizmente, nada muito grave.
