Product Introduction
This flying boat, featured prominently on screen as the protagonist's beloved aircraft in Hayao Miyazaki's film "Porco Rosso," has been recreated in 1/48 scale.
Because it's twice the size of the 1/72 scale model, the entire aircraft has been redesigned. Based on reference materials from the anime as well as the structure of actual aircraft from the era in which it is set, the interior and engine have been recreated.
A manual for the aircraft is included, allowing you to enjoy both the fun of the film and the joy of model building.
This product requires assembly and painting.
Separate adhesives, tools, paints, etc. are required for assembly and painting.
