Make sure the switch is on when charging. The solar light will not light up in sunlight or indoor lighting, but will automatically turn on at night or in dimly lit environments. Solar lights should be installed at least 1 meter away from iron, stainless steel, and glass. In DIM and constant-on modes, the solar light will last approximately 5 hours after a full charge. However, due to differences in sunlight between summer and winter, the lighting time of the solar light may vary at night. In winter, the daylight hours are shorter and there is less sunlight, so the lighting time of the solar light may not be as long as in summer.
If there is no sunlight for a long period of time, the solar panel will not work even if you charge it for just 8 hours on a sunny day, so you will need to leave it in sunlight and charge it for a few days to activate the solar panel.
The lighting time may vary depending on the geographical location, installation location, weather conditions, sunlight hours, etc. (On cloudy days, the lighting time may be shorter due to insufficient charging.)
The lighting performance of this product depends on the amount of solar energy converted during the day. Please install it in a location that receives direct sunlight. Charging will not be effective in bright locations such as under the eaves of a balcony or in a shady location.
If it is raining or cloudy, the solar panel may not be powered and the solar energy cannot be converted into electrical energy, so the light may not light up. If it is sunny, please power it on for a few days before turning it on.
When installing a sensor light, please note that if the installation height is too high, the sensor may not detect people. The optimum installation height is 2-3m.
