The drone (multicopter) & Robocon transmitter has both sticks return to the center using springs.
The throttle stick position is not maintained without release, as is the case with helicopters and airplanes.
The default setting is Mode 1 (right throttle).
You can easily change the software settings to Mode 2 (left throttle), as well as Modes 3 and 4.

This is a fully spring-loaded transmitter for 12K drones (multicopters) and Robocon.
Mode 1 is right-hand throttle, but software settings can easily change it to Mode 2 (left-hand throttle), Mode 3, and Mode 4.
