Q. Can I use this together with Tranexamic Acid 6% Cream?
A. Since Tranexamic Acid is rated EWG Grade 1, it is not an irritating ingredient and can be safely used together. However, because the 6% cream contains a high concentration of active ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
Q. The formula color looks a little different from the last time I used it.
A. The light orange shade of the formula comes from plant-derived ingredients, not artificial coloring. Over time, the color may fade or change slightly. This does not indicate a defect, so you can use it safely. We recommend using it within the product’s shelf life.
Q. After using the mask, the product seems to pill when I try to absorb it.
A. The Derma Factory Tranexamic Acid 1% Sheet Mask contains a high proportion of active ingredients, many of which are in powdered form. Because of this, some slight pilling may occur depending on your skin during absorption. Instead of rubbing in the leftover essence after removing the mask, we recommend gently patting it into the skin for better absorption.
Generally, sheet masks should be applied for 10–20 minutes, though this may vary depending on skin type. It’s best to remove the mask before the essence fully dries. As a guideline, remove the mask before your skin feels tight. Always follow with a serum or cream to lock in the benefits.
The degree of pilling may vary, but if dead skin cells are not properly managed, absorption may be hindered, leading to pilling. Consistent exfoliation can help minimize this.
Q. Can I leave it on longer than the recommended time?
A. Leaving the sheet mask on for too long may actually cause it to draw moisture out of your skin. Using it for the recommended time is sufficient for the active ingredients to be effectively delivered to your skin, so please follow the suggested duration.
Q. Why does this product contain fragrance?
A. To mask the natural odor of raw ingredients, a small amount of “allergy-free fragrance” has been added. Derma Factory generally avoids fragrance and essential oils, but in cases where raw materials have a strong odor, we add a minimal, non-irritating fragrance that does not contain allergenic substances. This ensures the product is more pleasant to use, even for those sensitive to scents.

How to Use
After cleansing, refine skin texture with toner.
Open the pouch, take out the mask, and apply evenly over the face, avoiding the eyes and lips.
Leave on for 10–20 minutes, then remove and gently pat in the remaining essence.
Finish with your usual cream. (For enhanced results, finish with Derma Factory Tranexamic Acid 6% Cream.)
