PAI MU TAN carefully produces and purchases each product from its partner factories, which are certified to the international standard "ISO 9001", the environmental standard "ISO 14001", CE, SGS, and STM.
We maintain a constant relationship with the manufacturing factory, and in the unlikely event of a defect, our experienced support staff (with over 5 years of manufacturing and sales experience) will respond promptly and courteously, so you can use our products without hesitation.
2. We use ink containing domestic additives and thoroughly control the quality to improve the quality.
PAI MU TAN is not just a cheap product, but also has strict quality control over the raw materials such as ink liquid, molds, and chips. The ink liquid contains additives made in Japan, which makes it denser and therefore gives it better color development.
Rather than leaving quality control up to the factory, we visit the factory as much as possible, not only to fix any problems that have arisen in the past, but also to pursue ease of use and ease of understanding. Our staff also visit factories more than 20 times a year, constantly striving for better quality.
3. To provide customers with quality products through a complete inspection system
Inspection system:
Many sellers produce and pack their products in factories, but PAI MU TAN inspects each product individually at the factory, then double-checks them in Japan before packaging and shipping. We also randomly check the printing. The defect rate for products shipped so far has been less than 0.89%.
Furthermore, we subject our products to our own unique printing quality and print life tests, using international standard test patterns (ISO/IEC 19798, the color printing standard) and conducting random inspections every 1/100, as well as detailed quality inspections every 1/1000.
