Before using the feminine hygiene gel, wash your hands thoroughly. Dispense an appropriate amount onto your palm, lather it up, and gently massage it along the vulva and anus. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. This external product is recommended for daily use 1-2 times. [Precautions]
1. Do not use on areas with wounds, , or any skin issues.
2. If any skin abnormalities occur during use, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
3. After use, be sure to close the cap tightly.
4. Keep out of reach of infants and children.
5. Do not store in high or low temperature areas or places exposed to direct sunlight.

For daily: Spray once or twice a day into each nostril.
For cold or rhinitis: Use 6 times maximum in each nostril for 7 days.
