A catalogue published for the retrospective held at the Maison de la Photographie in Paris from June 24, 2015 to August 23, 2015. Although more than one-third of Lartigue's works are in color, there have been few opportunities for his color works to be shown to the public until now. This exhibition will display many unpublished color works, and will highlight the artist's appeal, especially in his later years. The color works were created in the first period from 1912 to 1927, and in the second period from 1949, when he resumed his work after devoting himself to creating monochrome works for about 20 years.
