It contains active forms of the vitamins riboflavin 5'phosphate, pyridoxal 5'phosphate, L-5-methylfolate, and methylcobalamin, along with chelated mineral glycinates of magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, and molybdenum. Chromium polynicotinate and l-selenomethionine are excellent forms of the minerals, and calcium is provided as a fully reacted citrate in a very small particle size to reduce stickiness.
