I ordered a case for a A8Plus phone instead received a A8, despite the specification being clearly written. Also product was described as Leather case. It is no leather i can assure you but some artificial polyurethane. But I assumed from the start that would be the case. Now comes the problem. When wanting to return the product and following indications from Help Centre, the page prompts you to click some inexistent Support button. You can look far and wide you will not find anything close to that or making possible a return. The Refunds & Return procedure is not active despite deceptively having the named and appearance

Esta é uma reclamação oficial. Recebi um item errado. Por exemplo, não tem um buraco para a lâmpada. No geral, a capa é muito pequena. Os pontos onde se pressionam os botões estão no lugar errado. Veja a foto. À direita, o item que comprei, à esquerda, um item antigo correto. Quero receber meu dinheiro de volta.. Como devolvo o item?

Couro bonito e é resistente. Muito melhor do que qualquer um de couro que comprei na Amazon
