[Product Appeal Highlights]
● Seamless, integrated aluminum body with a unified feel
The body is made from high-quality aluminum material. Its smooth, seamless form creates a continuous design with no visible joints, giving it a premium and modern impression the moment you hold it. The unique texture created by brushed finishing and anodizing allows it to fit comfortably in your hand, deepening attachment the more you use it.
● Refined design by world-renowned designer Jasper Morrison
This model was designed by British product designer Jasper Morrison, one of the most respected names in the field. Known for his work in furniture and interior design, he expresses a distinctive “simple and beautiful functional aesthetic” throughout the product. It is ideal for those who value timeless design over flashy appearance and want something they can use for years.
● Steel nib engineered for a smooth writing experience
The LAMY aion features a stainless steel nib specially designed for the series. The medium (M) nib provides stable ink flow, delivering a smooth, gliding writing feel. It is comfortable for everyday use such as journaling and note-taking, and also reduces fatigue when writing long passages, making it beginner-friendly for fountain pen users.
● Balanced weight for stable writing performance
Its weight strikes a perfect balance—neither too light nor too heavy. While it has the solid feel characteristic of aluminum, it is designed to minimize fatigue even during extended writing sessions. Many international users have praised it as “comfortable in hand” and “perfectly weighted,” making it highly regarded for everyday use.
● Elegant and understated “olive silver” color
Unlike typical silver finishes, this model features a subtle olive-toned nuance. It blends the coolness of metal with a soft warmth, creating a stylish yet approachable color. It stands out in a refined way in business settings without being flashy, making it an excellent choice for those who want subtle individuality.
● Converter and cartridge compatible for flexible use
It supports both ink cartridges and a converter, allowing flexible usage depending on the situation. Cartridges are convenient for quick, everyday use, while the converter lets you enjoy bottled inks of your choice—expanding the overall fountain pen experience.
● Award-winning, internationally recognized design
The product has received numerous prestigious design awards, including the German Design Award, iF Design Award, and Red Dot Design Award. It is highly regarded not only as a writing instrument but also as a design object in its own right.
