Usage Instructions: Apply approximately 1-1.5 cm of toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush twice daily, morning and evening. Employ the Bass brushing technique: position the bristles at a 45-degree angle towards the gum line. Using gentle pressure, perform short horizontal vibrating motions. After 4-5 strokes per area, slowly move the brush to clean the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of the teeth. Ensure a total brushing time of no less than 2-3 minutes to thoroughly remove oral debris. After brushing, rinse thoroughly with ample water and expel all toothpaste foam.
