A giant, twisting beetle gracefully dances through the skies above the Sea of Decay
A biological redesign of the "Hebikera" from "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind"
The Hebikera, a species of flying insect known as a "Hebikera" (chrysanthemum), appears in "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind," one of Japan's leading animation studios, Studio Ghibli's masterpieces.
It has centipede-like dragonfly wings, sharp fangs, and three glowing orange eyes.
It also has a protrusion at the end of its tail, which in the film causes Nausicaä's Mehve to crash into and crash.
This Hebikera has been biologically redesigned by artist Takayuki Takeya and turned into a three-dimensional action figure, retaining its carnivorous and aggressive image.
It's finished in a rusty iron finish that makes it a beautiful ornament.
It also boasts the appeal of being an articulated figure, with 45 articulated body segments, linked to the movable joints built into the frame.
You can recreate the pose of the snake fly gracefully through the air, twisting its body like the snake cricket in the movie.
The fangs and lower jaw on its head can be opened and closed widely, and each wing can be moved freely, allowing you to faithfully recreate the movements seen in the movie.
