Dried Yuba (Fu Chiku) 2-piece Set Soybean Product Fu Chiku Healthy 227g X 2 Pieces

Product Description Cooking Method: 1. It is easy to use; just soak in lukewarm water for a few hours. If in a hurry, boiling for about 30 minutes will also rehydrate it nicely. After that, you can use it in soups, stir-fries, or adapt it to your own methods. 2. The rehydration process is very simple. Place the dried yuba in a colander and rinse with clean water; it will soften in a few minutes. When eating raw, such as in sashimi or salads, quickly pour water over it to rehydrate. Additionally, it can be used directly in pot or clear soup without rehydration. It may be extra, but cutting the quickly rehydrated pieces into thin slices (about 1 cm wide) and eating them with noodle sauce and wasabi is delicious. It is also quite tasty when simmered with thick fried tofu or ganmodoki. Please give it a try.
