Hello, I am contacting you because my order is shown as delivered by PDN Express, although I never received it. Nobody rang my doorbell, nobody delivered the package to my apartment, and the package is not in my mailbox. PDN Express claims that it was delivered inside the mailbox, but the package is too large to fit there. Their delivery photo merely shows my mailboxes. A photograph of a mailbox is not proof that my package was actually delivered. I contacted PDN Express twice. Their first reply did not resolve the issue, and my second message has not been answered. I paid for an order that I have not received. I therefore ask Joom to resolve this matter and either locate my package or refund my payment. Kind regards, Ellie Jonker

Got my item delivered on Monday 24th February was order around the 27th January 2020 it landed at Gatwick Airport on the 13th February took 11 days to complete the delivery disappointed with the quality of the item had no discretion in the notes thought it was like the other similar items for sale still have it wife says she likes it that all that matters 🤔☹️🐌🚚

Cheap & Tacky item. Nowhere near matches what is advertised and I was refused a refund. I ordered ( AS PICTURED) a 3 D Highland Cow set. What came was apparently flat! Absolutely shocking! When you're on £111 per month universal credit: £16:50 is quite a bit to lose. Will never use Joom again!

The color is great, like in the pictures and it arrived fast. I took an M - the panties are ok, but the cup of the bra is too big for me and it's integral on the back, not like a regular swimming costume.

Received it a couple of days ago but not used it yet. Will try and in case of any distinction I will inform you.poorly packed , box is damaged and I cannot keep it in its box when unused.
