We take full responsibility for our goods and are 100% confident in them, because the entire complex production process rests in our hands. Materials We make sure that each wooden case is unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Poland and also find in the farthest corners of the world.Teak (Tectona L.f.) is a tree from the mint family. Three species grow naturally in South and Southeast Asia, primarily in monsoon forests. They are native to areas up to 900 meters above sea level. These trees grow up to 46 meters tall, reaching an age of over 200 years. Due to its high natural content of oils and silicic acid, teak wood does not absorb water and is resistant to chemical agents. Fresh teak wood has a light yellow color and an intense, pleasant scent. This wood has long been used in the construction of ships and their equipment, and later also in the construction of railway wagons. Today, it is used for decking ships, especially sailing ships and yachts. Teak wood is also widely used in furniture making, due to its beautiful golden-brown color and interesting grain.Polycarbonate [used as the base/underside for our wood] – is a material characterized by dimensional stability, high stiffness, and form constancy under the influence of temperature. It is odorless. It is characterized by excellent impact resistance. It is matte and pleasant to the touch, making it an excellent finish for our wooden cases. TPU silicone [covering the sides of the phone on all four sides] – the most important feature that distinguishes this material is its high flexibility, which allows our cases to perfectly fit the shape of the phone. A case made of silicone will also be flexible across a wide range of temperatures, which is also important. Its excellent abrasion resistance is also very important. TPU silicone also absorbs impacts very well. The plasticity and durability of the material we use will ensure your phone is perfectly protected, and removing and installing the case will be simple and intuitive. Precision of workmanshipThe creation of each of our wooden cases is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest, aspect of our case. We use top-of-the-line machines to cut and engrave wood, allowing us to achieve accuracy down to 0.01mm. A significant portion of the production is done by hand, something that is rarely seen these days. Sanding, varnishing, polishing, and precisely gluing the wood are the result of hard work by our hands. We give our hearts to each of our wooden cases!
