This traditional Tottori-style ramen, called "Beef Bone Ramen," which has been loved in the central-western region of Tottori Prefecture and is made from beef bones for the broth, has been crafted into an original ramen by Yamano Okage-ya. The soup was developed from scratch specifically for this product. It is a completely original product that highlights the umami of beef, created by a butcher. Additionally, the dried noodles are made with domestic wheat whole grain flour, emphasizing the aroma of wheat. The rich flavor of the beef bone broth pairs perfectly with the wheat flavor, making it very delicious.
