Another type of camera cable end is KNE. Made of copper
galvanically cynned occurs with polyamide insulation, which increases its
thermal resistance. The thermal durability of this tip is in the temperatures
from -40°C to +125°C. The KNE cable end is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the standard
DIN 46234. KNE is produced in three colors of sleeves: yellow, red and
blue.

The selection of the correct size depends on the conductor cross-section and the screw size. KNE fits
cross-section from 0.5 to 10 mm2 in intervals: 0.5-1 mm2, 1.5-2.5 mm2, 4-6 mm2 and 10
mm2. In each compartment, there are tips suitable for different screw sizes,
e.g.. in the cross-section of 0.5 – 1 mm2 there are sub-sizes of screws – 3, 4, 5 and 6, in
range from 1.5 – 2.5 mm2 sizes: 3, 3.5, 4, 6 and 8. It's also worth looking
