How to Eat
1) Beef/Pork Bulgogi (Pan): Slice 300–400 g meat thin. Toss with **3–5 tbsp** marinade (+ onion/pear slices optional). Rest **15–30 min**, then stir-fry on high **3–5 min** until caramelized.
2) Grill/Air Fry: Marinate **1 hr–overnight**; grill or air-fry at **180–190°C** until edges char.
3) Veggie/Tofu Bulgogi: Marinate mixed mushrooms or firm tofu **15–20 min**; pan-sear for a meat-free option.
4) Bulgogi Rice Bowl: Top hot rice with cooked bulgogi, scallions, sesame, and a fried egg.
5) Stir-fry Booster: Add **1–2 tbsp** to veggie or noodle stir-fries near the end for instant sweet–savory depth.
