How to use and install bicycle rim tape:
The bicycle rim tape is attached to the bicycle rim. Align the vent hole on the rim tape with the vent hole on the rim, then slide the rim tape along the rim. First, install the rim tape. Once the rim tape is installed, continue installing the tube and tire.
Tire Installation Instructions and Precautions:
1. The tire's rolling direction is the direction it is installed (indicated by an arrow on some tires, which corresponds to the tire's rolling direction). First, clean the inside and outside of the tire to prevent the presence of gravel, impurities, and other foreign objects. Then, install the tire according to the tire's rolling direction.
2. After installation, check that the bead (tire edge) is evenly symmetrical. The bead must be outside the bead at all points and parallel to the bead at all points. Otherwise, it will wobble during driving.
3. Insert the tube evenly into the tire with a small amount of air (less than 10%). Stack the carcass in an orderly manner and do not fold it inside the tire (inflating it while folded is prone to punctures). Place the tube and tire together on the steel ring and check that the lower tire is fully packed into the tire. There should be no small gaps between the tire and the steel ring. Next, begin inflating the tube. Installation is now complete.
