To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Transformers, Autobot commander Optimus Prime appears in the Studio Series with an all-new design. This perfectly recreated figure is a 40th-anniversary item, perfectly recreating his appearance from the movie. Optimus Prime transforms from robot mode to vehicle mode (trailer truck). In vehicle mode, the container can be attached to the back of the trailer truck and towed. The container can also be unfolded to transform into base mode, allowing for play with it in robot mode or to deploy the included six-wheeled roller. Also included are Optimus Prime's weapons, the energy axe and laser rifle, as well as effect parts for recreating scenes from the movie. All included parts can be stored inside the container.
