Two separate orders, both counterfeit – no customer support response. I placed two separate orders for Nike shoes on Joom. Both orders resulted in counterfeit products. I contacted customer service multiple times and have received no response in 5 days. There is no clear return option in the app, and the return policy requires customers to pay return shipping even when counterfeit goods are sent. Very concerning experience.
