Product Description: Supplement Suitable for Vegetarians 500 mcg Vitamin K, also known as phytonadione, is a fat-soluble vitamin best known for its role in the biological activity of several blood clotting factors. Recent studies have shown that vitamin K is also effective for bone health. Vitamin K plays a major role in the synthesis of osteocalcin, a bone protein involved in calcium and bone metabolism, and bone matrix Gla-protein.

Product Directions: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate. Yeast, dairy, egg or soy. No starch, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.
