A modern distortion pedal that delivers a harder and deeper sound than any overdrive or distortion to date, released as the final design work of Cliff Smith, former chief engineer of JHS Pedals. To achieve a new approach to high-gain distortion in pedal format, the Hard Drive features cascading gain stages and hard limiting circuitry, while the Class AB amplifier section features a "sweepable midrange" EQ and Baxandall bass & Treble control comes into play. A wealth of external controls lets you control anything from tube amp crunch to a real wall of distortion that's perfect for stage or studio mixes.
