How to use the product: How to use the floss: Hold the handle and gently move the floss back and forth between your teeth. Move the floss up and down against your teeth to remove plaque and food particles above and below the gums. Rinse the floss as needed (repeat for each tooth). How to use a toothpick: Place the tip of disposable dental floss between your teeth at the gum line. Gently move in and out to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate the gums.
