Product Instructions: Tooth Scaler: Hold the tool so that the top of the curve is flat against the tooth. Gently pull from the gum line toward the wet edge of each tooth. I use it every week. Dental Pick: Place the toothpick at the gum line between the teeth and gently pull away from the gum line to remove food. I use it every week. Tongue Cleaner: Place the tongue cleaner on the back of your tongue and pull it forward to gently clean the tongue surface. Rinse tongue cleaner with warm water and repeat as needed. After use, rinse the tool with warm water and let it dry naturally. Both the scaler and pick are made of mild steel and, when used according to the instructions, clean safely without damaging tooth enamel.
