The pillow is cool and well thought out, it's more comfortable with it than without, but it's hard, it seems to press on my hips, which sometimes go numb after sleep. Another minus is that it's very difficult to remove and pull the cover to wash it, I ask my husband, because it requires physical strength to crumple it and stuff it into the small hole with the zipper
