Prepare ground meat for LAAB or grilled meat for NAMTOK. Empty content of this packet and add water. Stir fry until done. Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Recipe : LAAB/NAMTOK (Beef , Chicken or Other Meat) 1. Prepare 300 g. meat (beef , chicken or other meat). - ground the meat for LAAB. - bake or grill the meat for NAMTOK. 2.
