[Product Description] Simple and easy to see, this bento box boasts a clean design using linden wood. The "magewappa" technique used by Kato Woodworking involves shaping two sheets of plywood by gluing them together in a circular form. This rare technique, which is disappearing in Japan, was deliberately revived and production began in November 2008. When viewed from the front, the frame reveals a layered appearance, while the exterior displays the beautiful, understated grain of linden wood.
