The best-selling spikeless shoe in Japan, the Code Chaos series, has undergone a full redesign for the first time in two years. Developed in pursuit of the highest level of tour spikeless performance from adidas, the Code Chaos 25 further elevates all performance features of its predecessor, the Code Chaos 22. Its greatest feature is its grip, which is approximately 40% better than its predecessor. The all-new, evolved TWISTGRIP design now covers 100% of the sole, up from a portion of the previous model's outsole. The shape, number, and placement of the lugs have been completely revised. In addition to the unique Code Chaos feel, which blends seamlessly with the ground, the shoe now offers a sharp, grippy feel. This represents the highest level of grip in adidas Golf's history, delivered in a spikeless shoe. The upper contains more air than typical knits, providing a soft, comfortable feel, almost like a pillow inside. Additionally, the unique properties of the material—excellent stretch in one direction but limited stretch in the other—enhance mobility and comfort, even when walking, compared to the previous model. The lack of unidirectional stretch also enhances support. The entire shoe is covered with a thin PU film, regulating the upper's stretch while also boasting high waterproofing. Like its predecessor, the BOA model features the Straight BOA Wrap, while the synthetic leather Power Cage on the exterior of the upper boldly supports the areas that stretch most during the swing, significantly improving stability. The performance difference caused by opening and closing the zipper has also been improved to be more noticeable. The zipper has also been moved to the side for increased stability, and the waterproof zipper improves waterproofing. While maintaining the same design, the shoe delivers both powerful rebound and stability during the swing, achieving a sharper, more dynamic performance than the previous model.
