Set of 20 x POLYNOR PRO PUR is a modern spray foam for thermal and acoustic insulation using the manual method, without the use of machines.. Thanks to the foam gun application, it is possible to quickly insulate hard-to-reach places and obtain a sealed layer without thermal bridges.. The foam has in ok. 80% closed-cell structure, adheres well to many substrates, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Application: Insulation of walls, ceilings and floors, facades, areas with increased humidity, garages, containers, vehicles and technical elements, as well as insulation of hard-to-reach spaces. Possibility of working on surfaces: concrete, brick, plaster, wood, chipboard, PVC (and other stable, cleaned surfaces). No need for films, frames, adhesives, or fasteners – just spray.

Application conditions: - can temperature: 18–25°C - air and ground temperature: 10–30°C

Abbreviated user manual: Clean the substrate of dust, dirt, grease, and ice. Absorbent and porous surfaces (e.g.. concrete, plaster, brick, wood) lightly moisten with water (without dripping drops). Smooth surfaces (metal, glass, plastics) do not wet. Bring the can to a temperature of 18–25°C, shake well. 20 times. Screw onto the gun, attach the included nozzle, and set the maximum flow. Spray from a distance of 30–45 cm. Do not apply a layer thicker than 4 cm at one time (Approx. 5 cm after expansion). Apply the next layer after approx. 40 minutes, moistening the previous layer. After work, clean the gun with a cleaner. Ensure effective ventilation and avoid open flames during application.
