Complete crap. To grind garlic there, it first needs to be chopped, because neither a whole clove, nor even a third of it can be ground. There is no lever for rotation, so if your hands get wet, it's generally a problem to grind even an empty one. I know what this can be used for, (that's why I'm not returning it), but the way the product is recommended - it's impossible.

To mince garlic, you need to make a lot of rotary motions, and large pieces still remain. Garlic cloves need to be cut into smaller pieces beforehand. It is much faster and easier to grate on a fine grater.

Not a very convenient gadget, you have to apply force to turn it, and then the garlic gets stuck, it's not very convenient to dig it out, and so on

A garlic press is much more convenient. And for this gadget, the clove needs to be at least cut in half, and even then the first movements are difficult.
