The advantages of percale bedding Choosing cotton percale bedding means ensuring increasingly soft nights, because it gains quality over time. The more you wash them, the softer and more supple they will become. The high resistance of percale fabric gives it the advantage of being very easy-care linen; it is washable up to 90° for white and 60° for colors. However, we recommend washing at 40°, which is often more than sufficient for lightly soiled items. Percale, a soft and resistant cotton Cotton percale is made from the longest cotton fibers. Its weave is tight and regular; each horizontal thread passes perpendicularly over a vertical thread, making the fabric more resistant and more durable than any other fabric, so it is a true long-term investment. Made from very fine cotton threads, percale offers optimal breathability and an incomparable feeling of freshness.
